Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a positive guest experience
• Take orders accurately and follow proper cashiering functions by completing/closing guest checks and submitting information into POS system
• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients
• Partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Perform other functions assigned by management (i.e. take out linen, trash, stock plates, empty bus tubs, refill ice, wash glassware, assist other FOH and BOH Team Members, etc.)
• Reports to the Manager on duty

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one year of restaurant experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
• Must be available nights and weekends
