Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that wait staff satisfies all Ballyneal service standards
• Ensuring proper staffing in each area
• Train, mentor and develop staff members so that they can reach their goals and ensure efficient operation
• Greets and seats the guests and accommodates any special needs
• Strong attention to detail
• Listening, communicating, and working to resolve guest concerns
• Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
• Partnering with team members to ensure that food and beverages being served meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Ensure food quality and availability
• All other functions as designated by the Food & Beverage Manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality business (bar, restaurant, etc.)
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
• Must be dependable, reliable and motivated with strong communication skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
