Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic, service-minded Front of House Manager to join our team May to October!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that wait staff satisfies all Ballyneal service standards
- Ensuring proper staffing in each area
- Train, mentor and develop staff members so that they can reach their goals and ensure efficient operation
- Greets and seats the guests and accommodates any special needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Listening, communicating, and working to resolve guest concerns
- Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
- Partnering with team members to ensure that food and beverages being served meet or exceed guests’ expectations
- Ensure food quality and availability
- All other functions as designated by the Food & Beverage Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality business (bar, restaurant, etc.)
- Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
- Must be dependable, reliable and motivated with strong communication skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
