Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a positive guest experience
• Take orders accurately and follow proper cashiering functions by completing/closing guest checks and submitting information into POS system
• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
• Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
• Perform other functions assigned by management (i.e. take out linen, trash, empty bus tubs, refill ice, wash glassware, assist other FOH and BOH Team Members, etc.)
• Adhering to Ballyneal standards for serving alcoholic beverages
• Reports to the Manager on duty

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one year of bartending experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
• Must be available nights and weekends
